The agreement
By using Dramac you agree to operate the platform and the client businesses on it in line with these terms. Agencies are responsible for their team members and the workspaces they run.
Plans & billing
Every tier includes all modules and features; tiers differ by live client-site count, included usage, and support. Trials are 14 days with a card on file. Metered usage beyond your plan is billed at the flat overage rate. You can change tier or cancel any time.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and don't abuse automations, AI actions, email, or the marketplace. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other tenants at risk.
Your content & clients
Agencies and their clients own the content and records they create. White-label workspaces run under the agency's brand and domain; Dramac operates the underlying platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are communicated in advance through the dashboard.
