Overview
Dramac is the command layer agencies use to operate client businesses. We process data on behalf of agencies and their clients to run modules, automations, and reporting. We treat that data as the agency's, held under one composed surface.
Information we process
Account details for agency team members; client business records created in modules such as CRM, bookings, and invoicing; and operational metadata from automations and AI actions. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To provide and secure the platform, run the modules and automations an agency configures, generate reporting, and support built-in intelligence — only in service of operating the client businesses on the platform.
Your rights
Agencies and their clients can access, export, correct, and delete data held on the platform. Requests are handled through the agency that operates the workspace, or directly with Dramac for platform-level records.
