Refund policy

Last updated · July 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for a Dramac subscription. Dramac is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record — your payments, invoices, and receipts are handled by Paddle on our behalf.

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with a card on file. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. We email you before the trial converts to a paid plan, so you always know when billing is about to begin.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew — you are not charged again after cancelling.

Monthly plans

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period, we do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a month that has already started, except where required by law.

Annual plans

If you are on an annual plan and something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right with a refund or credit. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the unused portion of the term, except where required by law.

Usage & overage charges

Metered usage beyond your plan's included allowance (AI actions, emails, automation runs, and storage) is billed at our published flat rates for resources you have already consumed, so it is not refundable — unless it results from a billing error on our side, which we will always correct.

Billing errors & duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and refund any error promptly.

Merchant of Record

Payments, invoices, and receipts are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund by contacting us directly, or by replying to the receipt Paddle emails you after a payment. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your invoice or transaction ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
